With this search engine, you have access, for information purposes, to the works represented by Sacem and/or Sdrm on the French territory, except:
for those that haven’t yet been registered with Sacem ;
for those that have never been commercially exploited ;

It is therefore necessary to check beforehand with Sacem and/or Sdrm the conditions of use of works, including those appearing in the results of this search engine.
This search engine lists only part of the works registered with SACEM by its members, whether they are authors, composers or publishers.
For example, it does not include:
works whose rights holders (authors, composers, publishers, estates, etc) are members of foreign collective management societies with which SACEM and/or SDRM have signed conventions,
works which have not yet been registered, but for which one or more rights holders are SACEM members,
works specially created for audiovisual purposes or advertising and for which one or more rights holders are SACEM members.
